Possession to 1 touch counter attack Teams play 4v4 in the central zone. Once they’ve completed a minimum of 4 passes, they can play into the #9 who is limited to touch. 2 players from the same team must join the attack and are also limited to 1 touch. All 3 players must touch the ball for the goal to count, completing a quick fluid counter attack
